Project Manager
Position Summary:
The Project Manager will assist with project management activities as directed by the Business Process Manager. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing and executing change management projects, ensuring that all initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
The level of this position is based on years of service, education and/or equivalent experience, knowledge level and skill set.

1. Under the direction of the Business Process Manager organize and maintain project deliverables.
2. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
3. Interact clearly and constructively with all organizational departments
4. Guide change management initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communication plans, and coordination of training programs to ensure smooth transition.
5. Document and follow-up on important actions and decisions related to all Bank wide projects. This includes maintaining and updating an Intranet open project listing.
6. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
7. Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Document metrics to determine business value. Report on progress, challenges and solutions.
8. Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports and post-implementation reviews.
9. Assist Business Process Manager to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management and change management.
10. This position requires a valid Driver’s License.
11. Physical presence in the bank is required.
12. Traveling to other branch locations will be required of this job.

14. Regular attendance and punctuality when reporting to work.
15. Travel for trade and industry schools and seminars as needed.
16. This position may require installation of a Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) app on an employee’s personal mobile device. THE MFA apps are used to authenticate a user’s identity to the system for security purposes.
17. Adhere to and comply with all applicable, federal, and state laws, regulations, and guidance, including those related to BSA/AML, as well as adhere to the Bank’s policies and procedures.
18. Perform other duties as assigned and requested.

Education and Experience:
Required – High School diploma or GED minimum; Associates degree in related discipline preferred.
Preferred – Continuing Education to maintain job knowledge and expertise.
Preferred – One to three years of banking experience or equivalent experience.
Preferred – Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred – Project management methodologies, disciplines, skills, experience, and knowledge.
