Bulk Fuel Dispatcher

SUMMARY
The primary duties and responsibilities of this entry-level position include analyzing Bulk Fuel data, developing forecasts and models, determining pricing and marketing strategy, monitoring trends, developing pricing tools, and presenting findings to key decision-makers.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reviews statistical information regarding product pricing to locate trends and provide ideas for improvement.
• Data analysis and entry via spreadsheets for efficient collection and recall
• Assist in other areas of statistical analysis and summarizing of information and trends
• Monitor project progress by tracking activity and publishing progress reports
• Perform periodic reviews of current processes using metrics, spreadsheets, and reports
• Filing and organizing records, invoices, and other important documentation
• Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
• Partners with the office team to meet and exceed customer service expectations.

• Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or management
• Coursework focused on data analysis, pricing analysis, business analysis
• Detail-orientated, analytical, inquisitive, and a strong passion for learning
