Our Bank Tellers provide professional and knowledgeable assistance to all customers. This position will receive calls and respond to customer inquiries and concerns about their accounts, they will handle daily transactions and questions in accordance with Bank policies and procedures. Tellers provide front-line customer service every day. 
 

Duties include but not limited to the following: 

1. Greet customers in a positive friendly manner.

2. Process daily transactions through the Bank’s teller platform.

3. Answer phones and/or complete telephone transfers.

4. Process daily bank deposits.

5. Handles customer account transactions which may include verifying incoming cash, accurately dispersing cash, accepting various deposits and payment and cashing checks.

6. Verify account information.
