Our Loan Administration Clerks provide excellent front-line customer service every day. This position assists with preparing loan documents for closing of our loan products. The Loan Administration Clerk position will receive calls and responds to customer inquiries and concerns about their accounts, they handle daily transactions and questions in accordance with Bank policies and procedures.
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Assist Loan officers with all types of loan documentation.
- Manage communications between the lending officer and customers efficiently and effectively answering all inquiries.
- Handles customer account transactions which may include verifying incoming cash, accurately dispersing cash, and accepting various payments.
- Assists the Loan Officers with providing documentation for internal approvals for new loans and changes to existing loans
- Administer everyday work and evaluate all incoming mail, emails, and faxes and process payments.
