HR Supervisor – Lead, Innovate, Transform
Are you ready to shape the future of workforce excellence at MnDOT? We’re seeking a dynamic HR Supervisor to lead our District 8 Human Resources team and drive impactful strategies that align with MnDOT’s mission and values.
In this role, you’ll provide visionary leadership and expert guidance across a broad range of HR functions, including:
- Strategic staffing and selection.
- Classification and compensation.
- Labor relations and worker’s compensation.
- Training, development, and benefits administration.
- Affirmative action and drug and alcohol testing.

Minimum Qualifications
Three (3) years of professional human resources experience that demonstrates the following:
- Experience analyzing, interpreting, and applying federal and state personnel laws, rules, procedures, labor contracts, and plans.
- Experience in labor relations, including handling grievances, conducting investigations, recommending corrective actions, and maintaining effective labor-management relationships.
- Experience in HR related activities such as job evaluation, recruitment and selection, compensation, worker’s compensation, benefits, and equal opportunity employment/affirmative action.
