Foreman/Lead

West Central Roofing is looking to add a foreman to our crew.  We are Commercial flat roofing specialists established in 1983, located in Willmar, MN.  We take pride in being the premier choice for roofing needs in Willmar and the surrounding areas. With a focus on commercial flat and low slope roofing installation and repair, we bring decades of expertise to every project we undertake.
West Central Roofing is looking for a full-time foreman that can work independently, manage a crew as well as do scheduling and oversee projects.  The foreman will be managing safe and efficient day to day operations.  Job duties Include daily loading/unloading of jobs, set up/tear down jobs, supervise the job and employees from start to finish on jobsites, locating leak sources and do repairs, manage employee hours.
Job Knowledge, skills, and abilities
-Excellent communication skills
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, and subcontractors
- Technical knowledge of flat roofing and products
- Knowledge of materials, and tools used in flat roofing
- Organizational and time management skills
- Must be able to problem solve quickly as needed
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Valid MN CDL driver’s license
