Customer Support Specialist

  • Answering phone calls, transferring callers as appropriate
  • Greeting customers, vendors, and visitors to the office, ensuring guests are comfortable and are connected with the right office personnel
  • Monitoring and ordering inventory and supplies for the office
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails, faxes, mail, and packages
  • Filing and organizing records, invoices, and other important documentation
  • Receiving and dispatching customer orders
  • Submitting work orders and scheduling repairs for general office space and equipment
  • Provides accurate and timely information to customers
  • Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns
  • Partners with the office team to meet and exceed customer service expectations
  • Serves as an administrative assistant to employees in the office

  • Administrative Assistant or Receptionist in a busy industry and office environment
  • 2 or more years of customer service experience required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office applications is expected


  • This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
  • Employee is mainly sedentary. Occasional filing. Employee is expected to use computer for majority of the day.
  • Employee is regularly required to talk, hear, stand, and walk
