Construction Project Manager
The Position
The Construction Project Manager position plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated commercial and/or agricultural construction projects to ensure that project goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
Essential Duties
- Maintain a relentless focus on meeting and exceeding customer needs and expectations
- Build first class relationships with customers, design team, subcontractors, and suppliers that reflect and support Marcus Construction’s core values
- Direct day-to-day construction project management planning and execution processes to meet project design requirements, schedules, and organizational financial objectives
- Monitor project milestones, changes, and technical status reports
- Manage strategic client and contractor relationships and establish clear lines of communication
- Respond to escalated project issues and coordinate solutions to maintain project delivery budgets and schedules
- Analyze project metrics to identify issues and propose operational improvements and cost savings for future projects
- Visibly support and uphold the company’s strong safety culture
