Construction Project Manager

The Position

The Construction Project Manager position plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated commercial and/or agricultural construction projects to ensure that project goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.

Essential Duties

  • Maintain a relentless focus on meeting and exceeding customer needs and expectations 
  • Build first class relationships with customers, design team, subcontractors, and suppliers that reflect and support Marcus Construction’s core values 
  • Direct day-to-day construction project management planning and execution processes to meet project design requirements, schedules, and organizational financial objectives
  • Monitor project milestones, changes, and technical status reports
  • Manage strategic client and contractor relationships and establish clear lines of communication
  • Respond to escalated project issues and coordinate solutions to maintain project delivery budgets and schedules
  • Analyze project metrics to identify issues and propose operational improvements and cost savings for future projects
  • Visibly support and uphold the company’s strong safety culture
