Employment Plus has one objective: to provide a personal and dedicated service to both clients and candidates. Started in 1986 we believe our success is a direct result of our ability to build relationships based on trust.

We work directly with our business contacts. We meet with our new clients at their location. We ask for tours of our clients facility. We need to know what the work environment is, what is important to them, and the process they use to attract talent.

We interview every candidate that we have on file. We believe that face to face relationships are the key to successful recruitment. We want to know the person we interview. Anyone can match skills to jobs. And we do that too, however, we go the extra step and determine if this person will fit into your work environment. We hand pick every candidate that we present to our clients. We recruit talent every day.
