Employment Plus is assisting a local company that is searching for an organized, tech-savvy, and passionate Administrative Assistant to join their team. This role involves supporting the staff in providing exceptional service to clients.

Requirements: |
• Provide administrative support to Office Manager and team members.
• Assist in managing the training schedule and scheduling client appointments. • Maintain Client files. • Assist in rewriting/proofing written policies. • Manage online services to keep client accounts current and functioning. • Work with vendors to maintain online services. • Foster positive relationships with clients to ensure information is relayed in a timely manner. • Manage marketing materials on an as needed basis. • Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
