Job Coach
WCI was founded in 1962 and provides job skills, community job placement and non-vocational training to people with disabilities. We are looking for excellent candidates to help fulfill our mission by providing support and training to the individuals we serve.
Part-time Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 am to NoonWage: $20.50 per hour
Responsibilities of a Job Coach include:

Provide one-on-one coaching to individuals currently employed, offering on-the-job support at their work sites to promote confidence, independence, and long-term success.

Assist with workplace skills such as communication, time management, problem-solving, and task completion.

Collaborate with employers, coworkers, team members, and support networks to ensure a positive work experience.

Maintain accurate documentation and communication records.
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience supporting individuals with disabilities is preferred.

Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy in daily tasks.

Able to communicate clearly in written and verbal forms.

Motivated to support others and celebrate their success while approaching each person with kindness, patience, and compassion.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.

Ability to pass Criminal Background Check.
