Seasonal Food Service Assistant / Sous Chef

The seasonal Food Service Assistant / Sous Chef plays a key role in preparing and serving high-quality, nutritious meals for campers, retreat guests, and staff at Green Lake Bible Camp and Shores of St. Andrew or Camp House. This hands-on position assists with meal preparation, food safety, inventory management, and kitchen cleanliness, all while upholding GLLM’s commitment to hospitality and community. Compensation: $16-$18 per hour based on experience
