Job Title: Healthy Bartender Location: Healthy Fusion Job Type: [Full-time/Part-time] --- Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team at our Nutrition Club. As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a key role in providing a positive, welcoming experience for our customers while helping them choose the best products to meet their health and fitness goals. You will assist with preparing protein shakes, energy teas, and offering nutrition advice in a friendly and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude as they enter the Nutrition Club. Help customers select protein shakes, energy teas, and other nutrition products based on their health, fitness, and taste preferences. Prepare and serve high-quality protein shakes, smoothies, and energy teas following club recipes and guidelines. Provide basic nutrition guidance and product information to customers, ensuring they have a great experience. Keep the workspace clean, organized, and stocked with supplies. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the products offered, including ingredients, benefits, and recommended use. Ensure all health and safety standards are followed in food preparation and cleanliness. Process customer orders, handle payments, and manage inventory as needed. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and service. Stay up-to-date on new products, promotions, and nutrition trends to assist customers effectively. Promote the club’s events, programs, and loyalty offers to encourage repeat business. Qualifications: Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not required. A passion for health, fitness, and nutrition is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Ability to prepare food and drinks in accordance with recipes and guidelines. Must be reliable, punctual, and motivated.
