Teller/Member Services Representative

The Co-op Credit Union is seeking an enthusiastic, high-energy individual to work in their Willmar, MN office. The ideal individual will be a problem solver and must have good written and oral communication skills. Computer skills are required.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Posting deposits, withdrawals and loan payments to member’s accounts with accuracy
• Answers incoming calls in a professional, timely, and courteous manner
• Other member service duties typical of a financial institution
• Understands and follow all credit union policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Prior work experience in customer service or a related position.
• Excellent member service and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• A positive, professional image and a high degree of confidentiality within the workplace.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of financial products and services.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience
