Financial Planning Analysis Manager

Prinsco, a leader in water management solutions, is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager to guide our budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting functions in our Willmar, MN office. Reporting directly to the CFO, this new role offers an exciting opportunity to influence decision-making at the highest levels and contribute to strategic growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and lead short- and long-term budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Analyze financial trends, monitor performance indicators, and present insights to senior leadership.
• Manage executive scorecards, enhance Power BI reports, and optimize ERP financial reporting (Microsoft D365).
• Evaluate ROI, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive process improvements.
• Support board presentations, capital expenditure analysis, and industry benchmarking.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 7-10 years of FP&A experience.
• Proven expertise in complex financial modeling and GAAP reporting.
• Experience in multi-plant, multi-state operations (a plus!).
• Strong project management skills (certification a plus).
• Proficiency with MS Office tools and D365 preferred.
• A collaborative, detail-oriented leader with excellent communication and influencing skills.
