Design Technician (CADD)

Position is Located is in Willmar. Please be advised, this position is open for applications at two classification levels – Candidate’s level will be based on their qualifications and experience. 

This position will have the flexibility to telework, work a hybrid schedule or work in the office. If teleworking, the incumbent will be required to complete a telework agreement.

Drafting: Utilize your CADD skills to perform technical detail designing and drafting of plans that are not just good, but groundbreaking.
Collaborating for Success: Gather data from various functional areas and ensure our construction plans are in compliance with the highest standards - think MnDOT, AASHTO, and FHWA.
Engineering the Future: From alignments to cross-sections, and super elevations, your work will lay the foundation for construction projects that stand the test of time.
Detail-Oriented Designing: You’ll be at the heart.
