Willmar Public Schools is currently seeking applicants for the position of Administrative Assistant (Level I).
 
Working under the Principal of Alternative Programs, the Administrative Assistant serves as a key support professional for both the supervisor and the building, helping ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role provides leadership, guidance, and support to building and program secretaries while managing a wide range of essential clerical responsibilities shared across the secretarial team.

Rate of Pay $24.18
Hours Per Day 8
Schedule (Approximately) 7:00am - 3:30pm
Working Days per Year 235

Qualifications Required
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Communicate effectively and build positive working relationships.
  • Comfortable working with data systems and maintaining accurate records.
  • Believe in supporting student success through strong systems and collaboration.
