Shop Laborer

The Position

The Laborer position supports the overall construction project and performs a variety of tasks geared toward maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient job site. Tasks involve physical labor at the construction site and in the shop. Duties may include repairing, operating and maintaining a variety of hand and power tools and equipment, cleaning and preparing job sites and removing rubble and debris, erecting and taking down scaffolding and temporary structures, and removing waste materials. This position allows for flexibility but emphasizes that welding and painting are not the primary responsibilities.
