Administrative Accounting Assistant

Northern Radiator, a 100% EMPLOYEE-OWNED COMPANY, is currently seeking a Full-Time Administrative Accounting Assistant at our headquarters in Willmar, Minnesota. This full-time position provides administrative and clerical support to our Accounting Team as well as welcoming guests to our corporate office.

The hours are Monday- Friday 8:00am - 5:00 pm. No nights or Weekends!

Additional Duties:

• Cheerfully and professionally welcome and direct guests, customers and vendors face to face, by phone and/or email.
• Assist in reconciliation and preparation of invoices incoming and outgoing.
• Assist with reconciliation and submission of expense reports.
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
• Receive, sort, and distribute the mail. Prepare all outgoing mail.

Qualifications:

• At least 4+ years of Accounting and Administrative Assistance experience.
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills and interact well with others.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Must have excellent written communication skills with the ability to correspond to others in writing in a clear and concise manner.
• Must be attentive to details and be organized.
• Must have a reliable mode of transportation, possess, and maintain a valid driver’s license with a good driving record, and the ability to run business errands as requested.
• High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
