Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical accounting and be proficient in various financial software applications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable Processing
- Data Entry, check runs, filing
- Monthly Reconciliation to GL
- Vendor Maintenance, including W-9's
- Issue 1099's and 1096's
Credit Card Processing
- Order credit cards for employees
- Monthly reconciliation of all cards
- Process Ramp
- Communicate with card holders
Qualifications: to perform the position successfully, an individual should possess the following qualifications:
Education: Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent from a 2 year college or technical school, or 2 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
