About Us

United Community Action Partnership (UCAP) has helped bring together people and resources for our neighbors in need. Our mission is to eliminate poverty by empowering individuals and strengthening communities!

We continue to be a grass-roots private nonprofit that is represented and led by the communities it serves with our
27 member Tri-Partite Board of Directors!

We offer programs in the key areas of Community and Family Services, Head Start, Housing, Tax Preparation, Child Care Programs, Community Projects, Youth Development, and Transportation. These programs are not possible without
the help of our funders, generous donors and volunteers.
