Kim Madsen has worked in the field of program development and business to business relationship management for both for-profit and non-profit businesses for the past 20 years. In those years, gaining extensive knowledge on Strengths based leadership, change management, conflict resolution, communication, fundraising, volunteer management, and beyond. She uses her experience and research to create "Unique" learning experiences that meet the "Unique" needs of her clients. She is able to use an evaluative lens to help their business discern the actual need, and then create a positive learning solution.
Kim earned his master’s degree in Adult Education from Argosy Universy in Phoenix AZ. Over the past 20 years, she has helped a variety of businesses and non-profits with their specific needs. This led her to start her own firm. She is the Owner/Consultant at K. Madsen Consulting.
