About Us

Bethesda offers a broad continuum of care for primarily older adults serving the Willmar area and surrounding communities in west central Minnesota. Our Pleasant View has 123 beds supported by long-term skilled nursing care. Pleasant View is also home to our specialized Memory Care unit specially designed to meet the needs of persons and families experiencing memory loss. Heritage Center has 125 beds that are also supported by long-term skilled nursing care.
