Essential Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain rapport with prospective clients, clients, and co-workers
  • Handle inquiries and requests in a prompt, professional manner
  • Maintain records of interactions and actions taken on accounts
  • Educate prospective and existing clients about insurance products and options
  • Market coverage with various carriers to obtain formal coverage proposals
  • Present proposals and onboard new clients
  • Conduct client coverage reviews
  • Conduct day-to-day account servicing
  • Process and review policy changes and renewals
  • Report claims and assist with claim resolution
  • Handle billing inquiries
  • Process cancellations and offboard clients
  • Assist carriers with inquiries on client accounts

  • Work well in a team environment and independently
  • Willing to take the initiative on tasks and be self-motivated
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Able to communicate clearly and kindly with colleagues and clients
  • Willing to learn and share knowledge
  • Willing to work within designated platforms including Nexsure agency management system, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and various carrier websites.
  • Prior insurance experience including Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license is preferred
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
 
Pay: $20-30 per hour depending on experience, plus commission
