What You’ll Do:
- Provide technical and administrative HR support in transactions, recruitment, interview scheduling, pre-employment checks, onboarding, and benefits.
- Partner with the Business Office by assisting with day-to-day tasks and serving as a back-up receptionist.
- Keep things running smoothly behind the scenes—because every great employee experience starts with great HR support!
- At least 1 year of program support experience in HR, payroll, or a related area.
- Skills with databases, spreadsheets, and word processing tools—you’re comfortable tracking data, building reports, and creating professional documents.
- Experience working with HR information systems (HRIS) to process wages or other transactions.
- A high level of confidentiality and professionalism—you know how to handle sensitive information with care.
