School Social Worker
DREAM Technical Academy in Willmar is seeking a compassionate, student-centered School Social Worker who believes that meaningful relationships are the foundation of student success. At DREAM, we support the whole student — academically, socially, and emotionally. Our school social workers play a critical role in helping students navigate challenges, build resilience, and thrive in a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) preferred, but would consider a bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW)
Licensed School Social Worker (or ability to obtain licensure)
Experience working with adolescents preferred
Strong relationship-building, communication, and collaboration skills
Commitment to equity, student advocacy, and trauma-informed practices
