Our headquarters, manufacturing facility, and primary distribution center is located in Willmar, MN with regional distribution centers across the United States.
We are currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Willmar, Minnesota.
Position Overview
The Customer Service Representative serves as a key point of contact for customers, prospects, vendors, and internal staff. This role is responsible for providing exceptional phone support, assisting with product information, processing orders, handling returns, and resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, general education degree or 1 year of equivalent work experience.
- Previous call center experience and knowledge of automotive, heavy-duty truck, or agricultural parts are preferred.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Excellent listening, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to remain professional, composed, and solution-oriented in fast-paced or high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
