Northern Radiator is searching for a full time Customer Service Representative to join our team located in Willmar, Minnesota. The Customer Service Representative is responsible to interact with customers, prospects, venders, and internal staff. This position will provide over the phone customer support, product information, processing orders, return policy solutions, and resolving customer inquiries, requests, and concerns.

Qualifications:

• Experience or knowledge in automotive, heavy-duty truck, or agricultural parts is preferred.
• Candidates must have excellent listening, interpersonal and verbal communication skills with strong customer orientation.
• Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred.
• Ability to exhibit poise, composure and confidence when confronting stressful or high-pressure situations.
• Candidates must have experience in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Exhibits a strong commitment to dependability and reliability with the ability to gain the confidence and respect of the customer base.
• Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check

Company hours are Monday- Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Pay: $17-$19.
