Job Title: Architectural Drafter/Designer
Schedule: Full-time or ¾-time
Location: 311 4th St. SW, Willmar MN 56201
Salary Range: $50,000–$75,000 annually depending on experience and qualifications

Position Overview
Engan Associates is seeking an Architectural Drafter / Designer to join our team. We are looking for someone who is organized, collaborative, detail-oriented, and interested in contributing to meaningful community-focused projects throughout Minnesota.
 
This position may be well suited for either an experienced professional or a motivated recent graduate looking to gain experience across a wide variety of project types in a small-firm environment.
 
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following
  • Prepare construction drawings and project documentation using Revit and/or AutoCAD
  • Develop two-dimensional and three-dimensional project drawings and renderings
  • Coordinate drawings with architects, consultants, vendors, and project team members
  • Assist with construction administration and project coordination
  • Maintain office drafting and document standards
  • Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and attention to detail
  • Participate in project meetings and collaborate with the design team
  • Support project deadlines and multiple active assignments
Preferred Qualifications: Associate degree (A.A.S.) or related drafting/design education
Revit proficiency preferred
AutoCAD experience
Familiarity with construction documents and detailing
Microsoft Office 365 proficiency
Rendering, visualization, or graphic presentation skills are a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
