Position Overview Engan Associates is seeking an Architectural Drafter / Designer to join our team. We are looking for someone who is organized, collaborative, detail-oriented, and interested in contributing to meaningful community-focused projects throughout Minnesota. This position may be well suited for either an experienced professional or a motivated recent graduate looking to gain experience across a wide variety of project types in a small-firm environment. | Preferred Qualifications: | Associate degree (A.A.S.) or related drafting/design education Revit proficiency preferred AutoCAD experience Familiarity with construction documents and detailing Microsoft Office 365 proficiency Rendering, visualization, or graphic presentation skills are a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment |
