Job Summary
The Receptionist role is a rewarding and diverse job with responsibilities being the forefront of our organization while performing receptionist duties and administrative support.
- Answering phone calls, transferring callers as appropriate
- Greeting customers, vendors, and visitors to the office, ensuring guests are comfortable and connected with the right office personnel & company staff
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails, faxes, mail, and packages
- Provides accurate and timely information to customers
- Provides timely feedback to the company regarding customer concerns
- Partners with the office team to meet and exceed customer service expectations
- Serves as an administrative assistant to employees in the office
Job Responsibilities
Perform the day-to-day main activities to best serve our customers. You have a high attention to detail, willingness to learn new methods and ability to grow your skills. You will work as a team supporting various departments to help the office operate efficiently.
- Cash handing skills sufficient to monitor drop box payments
- Monitoring and order supplies for the office
- File, organize and scan records, invoices, and other important documentation
- Post receiving’s, enter daily driver sheets and meter readings, load summary reports
- Timeliness and promptness with attendance, assignments, and correspondence
- Show initiative to continue learning and develop accounting skills
- Ability to assist all departments with administrative duties as needed
- Performs other related duties as assigned and required
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus
- 2+ years clerical-customer service experience required
- Computer skills including ability to effectively use Microsoft Office
- Proficient in math skills and or accounting helpful
- Attention to detail with high organizational skills
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team
