Customer Support Specialist
This position performs a number of administrative support and customer service tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the office environment. Specific duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answering phone calls, transferring callers as appropriate
- Greeting customers, vendors, and visitors to the office, ensuring guests are comfortable and are connected with the right office personnel
- Monitoring and ordering inventory and supplies for the office
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails, faxes, mail, and packages
- Filing and organizing records, invoices, and other important documentation
- Receiving and dispatching customer orders
- Submitting work orders and scheduling repairs for general office space and equipment
- Provides accurate and timely information to customers
- Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns
- Partners with the office team to meet and exceed customer service expectations
- Serves as an administrative assistant to employees in the office

- Ability to assist all departments with administrative duties as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Administrative Assistant or Receptionist in a busy industry and office environment
- 2 or more years of customer service experience required
- Proficiency with Microsoft office applications is expected
PHYSICAL REQUITREMENTS:
- This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
- Employee is mainly sedentary. Occasional filing. Employee is expected to use computer for majority of the day.
- Employee is regularly required to talk, hear, stand, and walk
