Events Calendar

In conjunction with the "Lincoln: The Constitution & the Civil War traveling exhibit, the Willmar Public Library will be having a book discussion series free of charge.  Each book discussion will take place at 6 pm in the Genealogy Room at the library. 

The dates are as follows:

*  Monday, January 9:  the book "Soldier's Heart: A Novel of the Civil War by Gary Paulsen will be discussed.

*  Thursday, January 26:  the novel "Gods and Generals" by Jeff Shaara will be discussed.

*  Monday, February 6:  the non-fiction book "Through Dakota Eyes: Narrative Accounts of the Minnesot Indian War of 1862" edited by Gary Clayton Anderson will be discussed.
